बाबाले झन्डै कुटाई खायो !

“अलोक निरन्जन “ बाहिर गेट मा कराउदै थियो | मैले खासै वास्ता गरेन | धेरैबेर कराई रह्यो तै पनि मैले हेरेन | एकछिन पछि भुभुजेना जस्तो गरि संख फुक्न थाल्यो एसो बाहिर हेरेको २ जना गेरु बस्त्रधारी जोगी  रहेछन | ठिकै छ जोगी हरु रहेछन भनेर दस रुपैया लगेर दिएको त एकजनाले भन्यो “ बालक चाय बनालो “ | बिहानको ११ बजेको थियो | मैले हिन्दी बोल्न नजानेको जस्तो गरि “छैन चाय” भनिदिए | पन्जाब बाट आएको रे तिनी हरु | एकछिन किचकिच गरि रहेका  थिए गालि गरेर पठाइदिए | एकछिन मा पल्लो घर मा गएर पनि गेट ढ्यांग ढ्यांग पारेर कराहीरहेका थिए | शंख फुकेर हल्ला गरि रहरको भएर मलाई पनि  रिस उठ्यो | नेपाली  केहि बोल्न नजान्ने अनि  शिवजी को नाम मा मान्छे तर्साएर हिड्ने जोगी हरुको पारा देखेर कुट्न मनलाग्यो | फेरी बाहिर गएर हल्ला नगर्न अनुरोध गरे ..झनै कराउछ बा | अत्ति रिस उठ्यो अनि “कुट्देउ कि चुप लाग्छस” भने | “बाबा सराप देंगे , बाबाको ऐसे मत करो’ पो भन्छ | “ तेसो बाजे  तैले भरे गएर दारु खाने बाबा त होस् , बढी कराउछ्स ..पिट्दिउ “ भनेको  अनि तहमा आयो, एकछिन पछि चुप लागेर हिड्यो | यसरी खुलेआम बच्चा हरुलाई तर्साउने गरि “बाबा “ को नाम मा “गेरु बस्त्र धारण गरेर “ लुट मच्चाउने हरुलाई प्रसासन ले केहि गर्दैन ?? मलाई त अच्चम्म लाग्यो | मान्छे हरु पनि त्रिसुल संख बोकेको देखेर डराएर जति भन्छ तेती नै दिएर बस्दा रैछन | मैले त लखेटी दिए, तपाईं हरुले पनि एस्ता “बाबा “ लाई भेटेमा लखेट्नु होला |

The Election of Nepalese Engineers has just been concluded with the mixed representation from different panels vying in the election. Though there were different panels in the election campaign now it has become the one, that is Nepal Engineers' association 29th executive committee. It should work for the welfare of all the engineers irrespective of the panels they belong to. I would like to take this opportunity to THANK all the voters, my supporters, my friends and all other people who directly or indirectly involved in the election process. I, personally myself, would like to request all the fellow engineers to join the every activities organized by NEA. We will try our best to inform whatever the programs to all the engineers as much as we can. You should not leave it. Its the combine effort that we can carry out together.

The handover program has been scheduled for 12th of kartik , after Tihar and chhath. I hope all of you will join the event as you know it needs sufficient number of engineers to witness the handover process. Otherwise, we have to wait till the following week until we get the sufficient engineers (members) which will linger the process.

“I’d like to request you to VOTE for me(BIRODH RIJAL) for the post of MEMBER  in the NEA election 2068 on 30^th Bhadra, 2068.

Yeah we all are frustrated from the reality of current political situation and the system here, also the attitude/behavior of most of the leaders, Bureaucrats  in Nepal. They are losing credibility and we are losing the Hope. We are not interested on what they are doing or what they are telling because we think these are just the spices to mislead people and that has  became the reality.

But, the time has knocked the door, so we have to wake up and take a move with a good start. It’s time for the educated, skillful and genuine people to take responsibility to join on the matters for                                                                                                  the development of Nepal from any prospective. If we are together, nothing is impossible. we already had a big political revolution in 2062/63, so now it’s time to start for a change in which you are good at and you can do. Let’s unite all the engineers to secure the rights of engineers, to establish the engineering profession in the society and to take a lead for the development of the nation.If we do not start this time we will lag by one generation again. lets not blame each other, lets move forward uniting together.

Now we are in the election movement, let’s not neglect this issue. We can give some input from our side for the good start. NEA election is going to be held on Bhadra 30, " Er. Birodh Rijal" is one of the candidates for the post of member. We want to initiate systematic approach for the welfare of engineer and to make the strong role of engineer for the nation development. Our team is a comprised of experienced and visionary candidates as well as   young and dynamic candidates who represents the future generation. Let’s start a campaign for the landmark victory of Joint Panel (PRAGATISIL PESAGAT Engineer Samuha and GANATANTRIK Engineer Samuha) led by senior and experienced engineer Mr. Mahendra Gurung.

Life's Lesson!

Some of the Lesson that life teaches you. Those are neither successes nor the failures but the things that are happened to you and your premises. That gradually becomes a knowledge or the fact for you that might be different in one's perception. But truth remains truth always and that becomes the common fact. Ultimately a philosophy of life. 

I found these following things interesting and posted here.

• “When someone lies to you, it teaches you that things are not always what they seem. The truth is often far beneath the surface. Look beyond the masks people wear if you want to know what is in their hearts. Remove your own masks to let people know who you really are.
• When someone steals from you it teaches you that nothing is forever. Always appreciate what you have. You never know when you might lose it. Never take your friends or family for granted, because today and sometimes only this very moment is the only guarantee you may have.
• When someone inflicts injury upon you, it teaches you that the human state is a very fragile one. Protect and take care of your body as best as you can, it’s the one thing that you are sure to have forever.
• When someone mocks you, it teaches you that no two people are alike. When you encounter people who are different from you, do not judge them by how they look or act, instead base it on the contents of what is in their hearts.
• When someone breaks your heart, it teaches you that loving someone does not always mean that the person will love you back. But don’t turn your back on love, because when you find the right person, the joy that one person brings you will make up for all of your past hurts. Times a thousand fold.
• When someone holds a grudge against you, it teaches you thateveryone makes mistakes. When you are wronged, the most virtuous thing you can do is forgive the offender without pretense. Forgiving those who have hurt us is often the most difficult and painful of life’s experiences, but it is also the most courageous thing a person can do.
• When a loved one is unfaithful to you, it teaches you thatresisting temptation is man’s greatest challenge. Be vigilant in your resistance against all temptations. By doing so, you will be rewarded with an enduring sense of satisfaction far greater than the temporary pleasure by which you were tempted.
• When someone cheats you, it teaches you that greed is the root of all evil. Aspire to make your dreams come true, no matter how lofty they may be. Do not feel guilty about your success, but never let an obsession with achieving your goals lead you to engage in malevolent activities.
• When someone ridicules you, it teaches you that nobody is perfect. Accept people for their merits and be tolerant of their flaws. Do not ever reject someone for imperfections over which they have no control.

नेपाल र क . नेपाल को कुरा !

दैनिक होहल्ला, कोलाहल, फोहोर अनि धुलो र धुवाले ग्रस्त सडक मा यात्री बनेर पुरानो रंग खुइलिएका घरहरु आखामा सजाएर एकले अर्कोलाई धकेल्दै हिड्ने बटुवाहरुको  को बिचमा हराईरहेको आफु भित्र सदैब केहि परिबर्तन का भावना हरु जगिनै रहन्थे | बास्तबिकतामा कुनै प्राचिन समाज र निक्कै सुस्त गतिको विकास भैरहेको आभास हुन्छ यो ठाउँ देखेर | मैले आफैले कति पटक केहि सामान्य कुरामा  मा परिबर्तन गर्ने प्रयास पनि नगरेको हैन, गाडी मा हिड्दा होस् या पसलमा समान किन्दा वा अस्पतालमा टिकट किन्ने लाईन होस् या बिजुली को बिल तिर्ने लाइन म संयमित हुन्छु म अलि सभ्य बन्ने प्रयास गर्छु | म अलि शान्त हुन चाहन्छु , अफ्नो अधिकार प्रयोग गरे पनि अरुलाई सकभर असर नपर्न खोज्दछु  | ती मेरा प्रयास मा  म नै निरिह भएको आभस हुन्छ, कहिले काहिँ म नै पिछडिएको जस्तो लाग्छ, म नै केहि गर्न नसको जस्तो लाग्छ | एस्ता भावना को बिचमा म आफै निर्क्योल निकाल्ने प्रयास गर्छु कि मेरो गल्ति हैन , म पछाडी परेको छैन र म सोच्दछु यो समाज पनि मेरो ठाउमा आउने छ कुनै दिन |

नेपाल भित्र बसेर र नेपाल बाहिर बसेर नेपाल लाई हेर्दा धेरै भिन्न लाग्दो रहेछ | नेपाल बाहिर बसेर नेपाल को लागि विकास वा ब्यबसाय कल्पना गर्नु , योजना बनाउनु र त्यसको ब्यभारिकता खोज्नु सहज छ | नेपाल भित्र तेस्तो माहोल बनिसकेको छ जहाँ आस्था , मूल्य मान्यता हामी भन्दा धेरै पर छन्  | राजनैतिक संकटको यो घडी मा बल, धम्कि र रवाफ ले समाजलाई धकेली रहेको छ | भासन र गफ मा संसार को उत्कृस्ट राजनीतक चेतना भएको देश नेपाल हो र हामी एतिहासिक परिबर्तन देखईदिन्छौ भन्ने नेता अवसरबाट, सत्ता प्राप्ति को लिप्सा मात्र हैन गुण्डाराज बनेर समाज लाई त्रसित बने रहेका छन् | घुस बिना भुस पनि नउडाउने कर्मचारी हरु भन्छन तलब भनेको आफिस आउन लाई हो काम गर्ने पैसा त छुटै चाईयो नि | बाटोमा ट्राफिक पुलिसलाई माइक्रो को डाइभर ले थर्काउछ, तेल हाल्ने लाइनमा जो पछि आउछ तेही अगाडी बस्छ अझ उल्टै उसले थर्काउछ, पासपोर्ट बनाउन लाई मद्यरात मा लाइन बस्न जानु पर्छ, एडीएसएल ग्राहक सेवा चार बजे बन्द हुन्छ, अफिस समयमा फोन गर्यो भने उताबाट उत्तर आउछ,यता त ठिक छ तपाईं कि भाडो नै बिग्रेको होला एकचोटी बन्द गरेर खोल्नुस त | मानौकी मैले त्यो भाडो पहिलो पटक देखेको छु | अनि बाटोको फोहोर त कुरै नगरौ | यी त भए सामान्य आखाले छर्लंग देखिने कुरा | काम गर्नोस, ब्यबसाय गर्न्नोस  अलि परिवतन का  कुरा गर्नोस या सानै ठाउमा भए पनि केहि बिकासको कुरा गर्नोस यी सबै काम मा तपाईं नेता बन्नु पर्ने छ, तपाईं डन बन्नु पर्ने छ, तपाईं ले बोलीको आवाज अलि ठुलो पर्नु पर्ने छ र  तपैंले हल्का रवाफ देखाउनु पर्ने छ | हैन भन्ने तपाईं लाग्दै नलागे हुन्छ ती काम तिर | केहि अपवाद लाई छोडेर देश र समाज को अवस्था येस्तो छ |

यी र एस्ता कुरा गर्दैमा देशमा केहि पनि भएको छैन, देश पुरै अधोगति मै गएको छ भन्नु पनि मुर्खता हुन्छ होला | तर देश विकास र समाज विकासका कुरा जहिले पनि सापेक्ष हुन्छन ती कुरा हरु तत्कालिन अवस्थामा बाकि संसार संग तुलना गरिन्छन | काम गर्ने सानो, गफ गर्ने ठुलो , कानुन मान्ने सानो कानुन मिच्ने ठुलो | उहिले उहिले एउटा पोस्टर मा आउने गर्थियो “मान्छे “ भनेर , “उपदेश दियो मुन्टो बतार्छ,  सहयोग गर्यो टाउको मा टेक्छ , क्षमा गर्यो काँतर सम्झन्छ “ यस्तै यसतै |  अहिले हाम्रो समाजको चाला तेस्तै लाग्छ |

सबै ले देखेकै कुरा हो , सबैले भोगेकै कुरा हो , लेखेर साध्य छैन| तर देशको येस्तो अवस्थामा आउन को जिम्मेवार त | यी सबै कुरा हरु मनमा खेलाउदै थिए “ekantipur.com”   मा क. प्रदीप नेपाल को एउटा लेख भेटाए (हेर्नुहोस यहाँ ) | पढे राम्रो लाग्यो, अलि भावनात्मक पनि बने | यो लेख आउनु भन्दा तीन दिन पहिले पुतली सडक को एउटा रेस्टुराँ मा बसेर खाजा खादै गर्दा, संगैको टेबलमा बसेको एक युवकले सिक्किम भर्मण गएर आएको र तेहा बिकाशको बारेमा उसको साथि हरुलाई सुनाएको गफ मलाई निक्कै रोचक लागेको थियो र मैले सबै कुराले साथ दिएमा एकचोटी सिक्किम घुम्न जाने विचार गरिरहेको छु | क. नेपाल ले उल्लेख गर्नु भएको उदाहरण फिनल्याण्ड र सिक्किम को छुट्टा छुट्टै बिकाशको पाटो होला, फरक बाटो होला, सारथि फरक होलान तर सार एउटै छ | फिन्लान्द्को जनताको साझा प्रयास होस् या सिक्किममा पवन चामलिंग को नेत्रितो होस् दुवै देश र जनता अनि आर्थिक प्रगति, बिकाश र समुन्नत समाज निर्माणको लागि हो | के हाम्रो देश का जनताले तेस्तो गर्ने बेला आएको छैन | के हामी अझै आफैले आफलाई ठुलो बनाएर बस्ने बेला हो अथवा हामीले कुनै पवन चामलिंग  भेट्टाएका छैनौ ?

अझै पनि येह सिद्धान्त को खेल छ त्यो खोल मात्र हो, सबै सिद्धान्तको खोल भित्र लुकेर अहिले सत्ता, कुर्सि, शक्ति  र पैसाको खेलमा लागेका छन् | जसले सिद्धान्त भन्दा विकास ठुलो भन्छ तेस्को उन्नति छैन | क. नेपाल पनि त तेसै को सिकार हो, यो दिग्भ्रमित भयो, एसले पार्टी को सिद्धान्त छाड्यो, यो धुल्मुलायो, एस्ता एस्ता आरोप लागेकै हो |  यहाँ माथिको “जय हो” नगर्नेले येस्तै नियति भोग्नु पर्छ | पार्टीले एक्लो बनाउछ, बेहैसियत बनाईदिन्छ |  

अहिलेको राजनैतिक नेत्रितो मा यी सबैलाई कुल्चेर अगाडी बढ्ने सहस र दृढ इक्ष्या भएको व्यक्ति देखिएन | जब सिद्धान्तको को खोल भित्र भएको बिकाशलाई बाहिर निकालिन्छ तब मात्र देशमा केहि सकारात्मक परिवर्तन को आशा गरौला | नभए यो कछुवा गतिको बिकाशमै  चित्त बुझाउनु पर्ने छ | खाचो छ एक नेत्रितो को |
